MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED: Summer & Holidays - Full Week Required         Off Season & Non Holiday - 2 Nights Required NIGHTLY RENTALS in June, July, August For most of our properties, Advance reservations for JUNE, JULY, AUGUST are taken for the Week Only.  If property rents by the night and is available, we will take reservations one week prior to your arrival, and a 2 Night or 3 Night Minimum Stay is required (varies by property).  **Exceptions can occasionally be made to fill in gaps created by owner stays, etc.  If you need a reservation for less than one week, please inquire about existing “gaps” in the schedule, and perhaps we can accommodate you! *CANCELLATION POLICY*   In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less 10% of gross rental fee, plus an administrative fee of $25 if the Premises are re-rented on the terms set forth in rental agreement. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms in rental agreement, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made. *Rates Subject To Change Without Notice!
