NIGHTLY RENTALS in June, July, August
For most of our properties, Advance
reservations for JUNE, JULY, AUGUST are taken
for the Week Only. If property rents by the night and is available,
we will take reservations one week prior to your arrival, and a 2 Night or 3
Night Minimum Stay is required (varies by property).
**Exceptions
can occasionally be made to fill in gaps created by owner stays, etc. If
you need a reservation for less than one week, please inquire about existing
“gaps” in the schedule, and perhaps we can accommodate you! |

*CANCELLATION POLICY
|

When a reservation is cancelled LESS
than 30 DAYS prior to the arrival
date, No Refund will be given
unless the property is re-rented on the
same terms set forth on your vacation
rental agreement. If the property is
re-rented on the same terms set forth on
your vacation rental agreement, or
if your reservation is cancelled MORE
than 30 DAYS prior to your arrival
date, a Cancellation Fee will be charged
in the amount of $25 plus
10% of the
Reservation Grand Total. |
